This electric pump design uses the Hertell B-400 fan cooled vacuum pump, producing 30 CFM at (up to) 26” vacuum for fast portable toilet cleaning, or up to 20 psi. pressure for unloading the tank quickly. The system can be controlled from the truck cab for starting and stopping. Lubrication of the pump is automatic when the pump is started or stopped so there is nothing to shut off or start as with other systems. Since most portable potty pumping tanks less than 50 cubic feet (350 gallons), and pumping only requires 10 – 12 inches of vacuum the start up time is usually less than a minute. All this means less time at each site. |
